That is where we come in.
Whether your firm has already invested in AI-enabled platforms or is just starting to explore the possibilities, the gap between having access to AI and seeing real, firm-wide adoption is where the biggest opportunity lives.
Platform training covers features, not workflows
Your practice management platform offers excellent onboarding for its own product. But it is not designed to teach your team how to integrate AI across multiple tools and into the specific way your firm works a case from intake to resolution.
CLEs teach concepts, not adoption
A one-hour bar association session on "AI Ethics for Lawyers" leaves your team informed but not equipped. They know AI exists. They still do not know how to use it Monday morning.
Your team has real concerns
Paralegals worried about being replaced. Attorneys concerned about bar ethics and disclosure requirements. An office manager trying to keep everyone organized. Generic training ignores all of this.
Capabilities you are paying for but not using
Most firms have AI features built into their existing stack that they do not even know about. One client already had an AI assistant in their practice management platform. Their previous trainer missed it entirely.
Discovery-first. Always.
Before we design anything, we understand your firm deeply across three dimensions. This is what separates real adoption from expensive shelf-ware.
People
Team dynamics, comfort levels, concerns about AI replacing roles, decision-makers, and the natural AI champions who will maintain momentum after we leave.
Process
How cases actually move through your firm. Intake to resolution. Where handoffs break down. Which tasks feel repetitive. Where the biggest time sinks live.
Technology & Data
Your full tech stack: case management, research tools, billing, intake, communication. What you have, what you are underutilizing, and what integrations are missing.
Four ways to work together
Each package stands alone or combines based on what discovery reveals. Most firms start with Discover + Train or Discover + Implement.
Discover
The AI Strategy Blueprint: a comprehensive evaluation across People, Process, and Technology that produces a scored report, a technology audit, an AI governance kit, and a prioritized 90-day roadmap for your firm. This is the starting point for every engagement.
Implement
Hands-on configuration of your AI tools for your actual workflows. A 2 to 4 week remote sprint where we build the infrastructure your team needs: prompt libraries loaded directly into your platform, knowledge bases configured with your firm templates, AI policies drafted and implemented, and workflow SOPs documented.
Train
Immersive, role-based training using your real case data. On-site or virtual. Attorneys, paralegals, and staff each get pathways built for how they work. Every participant earns the AI-Ready Certification with a LinkedIn badge and receives post-training follow-up support.
Advise
Ongoing monthly advisory as your firm's fractional Chief AI Officer. Platforms update, new tools launch, teams change. We keep your firm current and competitive with regular strategy sessions, workflow audits, and champion coaching.
Real workflows we transform
These are actual tasks we train legal teams to accomplish using AI tools they already have, or tools we help them add to their stack.
From skeptics to advocates, on day one
A 20-person litigation firm wanted to get real value from the AI tools they were already paying for
Before the training day, a full discovery process was conducted: a strategy call with the managing partner and office manager to assess the firm's workflows, AI readiness, team dynamics, and pain points, followed by multiple rounds of follow-up to gather documentation, platform access, and real case files.
That discovery process revealed something critical: the firm already had an AI assistant built into their practice management platform that nobody was using. This single finding reshaped the entire training curriculum.
A bespoke, full-day training was then delivered across four modules: AI Foundations and Firm Policy, Platform Training and Hands-On Exercises, Role-Based Breakout Sessions, and Advanced Applications. All exercises used live case files covering deposition summaries, demand letter drafting, discovery requests, and trial preparation.
Several paralegals came in worried about being replaced. By designing role-specific pathways that showed each person how AI makes their work better (not obsolete), the most resistant team member became the firm's biggest AI champion.
“It exceeded our expectations and has already created a real sense of energy and momentum in the office. We truly appreciate the time, thought, and care you put into tailoring it to our team.”
Managing Partner“She provided her personal experience and knowledge to help aid those with an on-the-fence mindset about using AI in a more positive way.”
Paralegal“Her energy was so positive, it was great to work with her.”
ParalegalThis engagement was facilitated through an international corporate training company. The evaluation survey was independently administered as part of their standard quality assurance process.
Independent evaluationWhy Amy
Before training law firms on AI, I spent years inside them. Paralegal, office manager, intake coordinator, legal project manager. I have sat in every seat at the table except the attorney's chair. Most recently, I built out legal operations for a startup portfolio of 15+ companies, managing multiple legal teams and designing the systems that kept everything running.
I have also consulted law firms, worked in-house, and seen firsthand what happens when technology gets introduced without understanding the people it is supposed to help. The managing partner chasing a competitive edge. The senior paralegal who is quietly terrified. The associate who is already experimenting with ChatGPT on the side. The office manager who just wants the systems to actually talk to each other.
What I care about most is making sure nobody gets left behind. AI adoption only works when the people using it feel supported, not replaced. That is why every engagement starts with listening, not lecturing. I learn how your team works, what worries them, and what would genuinely make their day easier. Then I design training around that reality.
My job is not to sell you more technology. It is to make sure the people on your team feel confident using what you already have.
